FIAM – transparent and trusted measurement of Finnish online media

FIAM (Finnish Internet Audience Measurement) is a transparent, comparable, and reliable measurement system used by all key online operators—including media companies, marketers, and the public sector. It tracks approximately 95% of all traffic to Finnish media websites and apps, providing a comprehensive view of the digital media landscape.

FIAM results for the Kärkimedia network are published weekly and include key metrics such as reach, pageviews, sessions, and frequency. These are available in the public Grouping-level TOP list below.

Please note: Kärkimedia’s Swedish-language titles—hbl.fi, vasabladet.fi, sydin.fi, osterbottenstidning.fi, and au.fi—are currently not included in the FIAM measurement. These media, however, reach over 200,000 Finns weekly (KMT 2025).

For more detailed insights, the Kits Explorer platform at https://my.audienceproject.com/ provides access to daily data, regional breakdowns, demographic profiles and custom reporting. Access requires login credentials, which are managed by each publisher or media agency’s administrator users.
